Mary Zhang, Doctor of Chinese Medicine and licensed Acupuncturist, Kansas City, MO, employs a broad spiritual approach to health and wellness. She uses integrative medicine such as Chinese Medicine, Chiropractic, Nutrition, Massage, Counseling and meditation in addition to the approach with Western Medicine for great broader healing power for health and wellness. She also focus on a lot of long term care and preventative medicine.

 

Community involvement is part of her passion. She is dedicated to community involvement by being a sponsor of corporate health and wellness programs and also providing coaching seminars, workshops or lectures.

 

She is very gifted with reproductive medicine, women’s health and internal medicine, such as chronic fatigue syndrome, anxiety, sleep disorder, depression, thyroid condition, cancer rehab care, fibromyalgia amongst many other conditions and diseases. Her specialty and favorite practice is infertility and women’s health. She gains enormous joy, excitement and pleasure from helping other people and making their dreams come true.

 

Mary received her medical degree from the Chinese Medicine University of Liaoning, China, and worked in Chinese, German and U.S hospitals and clinics for more than 15 years. She holds a diploma from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and a Missouri license.

Mary has been featured in local publications including the Kansas City Star, and Women’s Edition. She also has taught T’ai Chi, Qigong, and diet and nutrition classes, at local hospitals and universities, including North Kansas City Hospital, Shawnee Mission Medical Center, Johnson County Community College, University of Missouri – Kansas City and Graceland University.
